Hedrick Brothers Construction announces that Barbara L. Laing, PHR, MBA has joined the company in July 2010 as Director of Human Resources & Safety.  Ms. Laing has more than 30 years of corporate administration and human resources experience with mid-sized companies in the manufacturing, healthcare, energy, financial services and non-profit industries. She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, a BA in Accounting from St. Ambrose University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Ms. Laing is an active member of the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and Board Member of the Safety Council of Palm Beach County.
