West Palm Beach, FL (August 2009)…Hedrick Brothers Construction announces Jon-Paul Estupinan has joined the company as Project Administrator and Kelly Cloaninger has been promoted to Estimator. Mr. Estupian is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor in Design – emphasis on Architecture, and a Masters degree in Building Construction. Ms. Cloaninger has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and was most recently an estimating coordinator.
