Ecoplex's natural Water Filtration Plaza enhances health by offering occupants a naturally appointed, peaceful outdoor setting, where they can gather, take a walk or enjoy their lunch.

The LEED Gold Certified project harvests rainwater from the roof and condensate water from the air handling units and stores it in four large above-ground cisterns for later use in the building's sanitary systems.
