Leading Hedrick Brothers Construction is President Dale Hedrick. A fourth generation general contractor active in Palm Beach County since 1979, Dale has been instrumental in building and maintaining the company’s reputation for performing quality construction and conducting business with integrity.

Dale is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction, College of Architecture, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building and Construction.  His dedication to continued professional development is demonstrated by serving on the board of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, as a board member and past president of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Florida East Coast Chapter, past president of the State Council of the AGC, on the Executive Council of the University of Florida Rinker School of Building Construction, and Board Member of the South Florida Science Museum.

In the community, Hedrick and his company have supported the University of Florida Foundation, Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach State College Foundation, the South Florida Science Museum, Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Steering Committee of the Gathering of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and The King's Academy.

Awards include:  The South Florida Business Journal Palm Beach Ultimate CEO Award 2010, Sun Sentinel Excalibur Award for Small Business Person of the Year 2008, FCCI Florida Safety Award for Outstanding Safety Record 2008, Florida Trust for Historic Preservation Award 2001 and 2008, AGC Build Florida Awards 2000-2009, AIA Builder of the Year 2001 and 2007, and Palm Beach Atlantic University American Free Enterprise Companion Medal in 2001.  Hedrick Brothers Construction projects have been featured in Architectural Digest and Florida Design.

Joining Hedrick Brothers Construction in 1983, Gene Parker has overseen the development of hundreds of projects and his responsibilities include project management for luxury residential, retail and commercial projects on Palm Beach and throughout Palm Beach County.  His exceptional attention to detail is evident in numerous Palm Beach estates, including one of the largest residential restorations in Palm Beach County.

ERIC ENGSTROM, CPA, MBA, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Eric Engstrom joined the Hedrick Brothers Construction team in 2011 with extensive experience in the accounting and construction industries in Palm Beach County.  His responsibilities include financial management, accounting, human resources, and information technology.  Eric is a Member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a former Member of the Board of Directors of the South Florida Manufacturers Association.  He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

JACK ULLRICH, VICE PRESIDENT
Jack Ullrich has more than 25 years of General Contractor and Construction Manager experience in South Florida with a wide range of project types, both in the private and public sectors, specializing in K-12 and higher education and commercial building.  He is knowledgeable in design-build, fast-track projects, major renovations, subcontract negotiations, project management, estimating, project scheduling, and is LEED trained.

DONALD W. JONES, VICE PRESIDENT
With nearly 15,000,000 SF of general contracting and construction management experience throughout South Florida and the United States and a construction career spanning over 40 years, Don Jones' diverse project portfolio includes office parks, medical buildings, shopping centers, condominiums and educational facilities.

ROBIN LUNSFORD, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, LEED AP BD+C
Beginning as a Carpenter and completing the AGC Journeyman Carpentry Program, Robin Lunsford advanced his career from Carpenter to Foreman to Superintendent and is now considered one of Hedrick Brothers' most valued Project Managers. With nearly 30 years of hands-on, local construction experience and with Hedrick Brothers since 1995, Robin has invaluable knowledge of local conditions and costs and vast experience in completing historic, commercial and high-end retail projects. Robin's professionalism, attention to detail and proven experience in completing projects on time and under budget has gained him an excellent reputation in the field of construction management.

CHERI PAVLIK, LEED AP, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Cheri Pavlik has more than 23 years of multifaceted real estate development, project planning and interior design experience.  Cheri's dedication to continued professional development and support of the community is demonstrated by serving as Vice President of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center in Belle Glade, Member of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce, Member of the ABC Florida East Coast Chapter and Member of the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University.

DIANE HARPER, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND OFFICE MANAGER
With over 15 years of construction industry experience, Diane Harper joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 2008 as Executive Assistant to the President and was then promoted to Officer Manager in May 2011.  Besides her duties as the Executive Assistant, she is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and the IT Department.  Diane is a member of the AEAP (Association of Executive and Administrative Professionals.
