Involved in the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and building “green” since 2005, the company has obtained a thorough understanding of required documentation and performance requirements to build and renovate LEED-registered projects.

As a company, Hedrick Brothers Construction has adopted an attitude of continual improvement, changing and altering its policies and practices to improve its social and environmental responsibility. Improving efficiencies, developing environmental accountability, and growing the company’s green building department with an experienced team of 20 LEED Accredited Professionals and knowledgeable personnel, are steps that have been taken toward sustainability. Hedrick Brothers Construction is also involved in bringing green building awareness to the forefront of the construction industry, through education and presenting ways to improve current practices.
