Hedrick Brothers Construction believes that Subcontractors and Suppliers are vital to the company’s success and respect their contribution to the team. All prospective subcontractors or suppliers interested in working on the company’s projects must complete a Subcontractor Qualification Statement. Once the document is completed, please email directly to estimating@hedrickbrothers.com.
Please understand that a Subcontractor or Supplier will not be asked to bid a job until the original documents are on file. The Subcontractor Qualification Statement is valid one (1) year from date of submission, and the contents will be considered confidential. It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor or Supplier to resubmit a Qualification Statement upon the expiration date and to email all business information that changes for records to be updated.
Submitting a Subcontractor Qualification Statement does not automatically include a business on every project’s bid list. Once reviewed, a Subcontractor’s information has been entered into the database, and it is the subcontractor or supplier’s responsibility to periodically contact Hedrick Brothers Construction for updates on upcoming bid projects.
All bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, etc.) will be issued through the Hedrick Brothers Construction FTP website. Login and password information is project specific and will be provided on the Invitation to Bid.
As an established Palm Beach County General Contractor and Construction Management firm, Hedrick Brothers Construction looks forward to teaming with qualified Subcontractor’s and Supplier’s on South Florida’s luxury residences, historic restorations, commercial, education, worship and sustainable/LEED® construction projects.
